ibis Strasbourg Centre Gare

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to city centre. Very close to train station. And if you wanted to catch a tram, close access to tram near station.

I particularly appreciated the room's modern decor and immaculate cleanliness, which created a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast was a delight, offering a diverse range of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Additionally, the location was superb—conveniently situated near key attractions and local dining spots, making it easy to experience the best of the area.

Staying at Ibis Strasbourg Centre Gare was a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was very convenient. However, what made our stay even more special was the warm and professional attitude of the receptionist, Pegah. She was extremely friendly, respectful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Her hospitality truly made a difference. Thank you to the hotel team for their excellent service!

The room was very comfortable, silent and bright. The reasonably priced breakfast was quite good with an exceptional tea collection and open buffet serving to all sort of tastes. The hotel had a wonderful location for accessing the train, tram and it was about 5 minutes walk away from the city centre. We could also rent bikes in the central station which was very convenient. Colorful furnishing of the lobby, the restaurant and the reception was very welcoming. There was a spring water dispenser in the lobby providing free drinking water. Our room did not have a safe box but the staff provided us with one located in their back office. We would be happy to extend our thanks to all the staff who were always warm and welcoming. We owe a special gratitude to Madame Patricia whose help made our 4 day stay a wonderful experience in Strasbourg.

Got super lucky with our room and had a wonderful view of the area outside the station, which had a unique tree lit for Christmas time. Very comfy room and great facilities, even got a complimentary treat for staying with them at Christmas time. No complaints, great experience and location.
