ibis Strasbourg Centre Gare

The room was very comfortable, silent and bright. The reasonably priced breakfast was quite good with an exceptional tea collection and open buffet serving to all sort of tastes. The hotel had a wonderful location for accessing the train, tram and it was about 5 minutes walk away from the city centre. We could also rent bikes in the central station which was very convenient. Colorful furnishing of the lobby, the restaurant and the reception was very welcoming. There was a spring water dispenser in the lobby providing free drinking water. Our room did not have a safe box but the staff provided us with one located in their back office. We would be happy to extend our thanks to all the staff who were always warm and welcoming. We owe a special gratitude to Madame Patricia whose help made our 4 day stay a wonderful experience in Strasbourg.

Excellent location, such a close walk to the christmas markets. Really happy with the choice. Room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. I was worried about the parking as its no onsite but at a separate parking lot. Didn't need to worry at all, it is a 3 min walk to the hotel, clean and felt safe and with the voucher from the hotel the cost was very reasonable.

The location is great, the staff are helpful and very nice. They offered as courtesy gluwein and lebekuchen as it was Christmas time. Room was comfortable and shower had the basics (hair drier, soap and shampoo).

The hotel's location was very good, near the train station and within walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants. The hotel has no parking but it offers discount to a near by parking. The breakfast was perfect for a family with kids, although kids are charged extra.

Great location for the train station, we were only staying in strasbourg to break up long train journey. Beds were comfy. We had to unfold the sofa bed ourselves for the children, and we didn't have enough towels, but for a 1 night stay it was comfortable.
